Feb 4: Kalai moves to Dindigul and starts settling in
Kapu and ramesh fix a posh flat at Puraswalkam,
chennai. Alas, its on paper still and we can make long trips to Madras only in 2008
Feb 8: Thangavel Chitappa passes away in Madras.
Feb 15-18: Kallu, PC and Sindhu have a great trip to Goa. For APICON 2007. Hotel stay in Panjim,
taxi, food all sponsored.
Kap, Sajid and Sanjay visit Cbe for amma's anniversary.
Kalai and family land up too enroute to Guruvayoor.

Jan 1st: great Party at Vishy's restaurant until 3 a.m.Can we have menu and other events please?
Kapu and ramesh and family celebrated with GCt friends and families at yercaud
Kallu and Pc and Sindhu clebrated with couple of friends at new exlusive restauraunt at Ooty.
Jan 5 : Vishy's bday
Jan 19: Kallu is busy with inner Wheel Chairman's visits and writeups and PP shows.
: Starts teaching part time at Govt school nearby-
English.

Sorry got laid up with back ache for about 10 days so very skimpy report.
22-25 : Appa, Pc, Kallu, Sindhu, Sajid went off on trip to Bhubaneswar. Laid back , relaxing , pleasant
trip. Relaxed because of Appa's knee pain, Kallu's bad bac and Dachus' sprain.. a disabled group more or less. Saw Konark
temple, Puri Jagannath temple, and Chilka Lake.Stayed at Dachu's hostel and ate at her canteen which was better than mess
and watched movies on her laptop.
Kapu's bday was celebrated without usual gusto. Ramesh gave lots of chocs to make up..official version.
Since she wrote her Tamil exam for the ...th time and we are crosing our fingers for the result.
Surya had a bangup Xmas party but is yet to reveal his list of Xmas persents. So did
Uthra with lots of parties . They participated in plays and recitals.
But hot news is of course GG's bride-seein ceremony and the lightning like course
of events which followed. See Coffee House for further details.
November
Nov 1st: Kapu and Sanjay go to Bangalore by Shathapthii. They visit Bannerghata and go shopping.
Nov 2nd: Karthy leaves leaves for Singapore with kids and lots of baggage, satiated with India for another 5 years.
Nov 3rd: Kallu and PC have a Ganapathy Homam done in small house bought near Saravanampatti. Athais, Appa, Selvaraj and
Shakuntala, Ram and Dakshayini join for breakfast.
Nov 5: Kallu's bday. Its never too late to send a gift. 
Nov 6: Nirmala chittis and Kesavan chittapa's wedding anniversary
Nov 12: Charu chittis's grihapravesam.
Nov 13: Peria Athai has an endoscopy done at PSG Tech Hospitals. She has to stay overnight finally and
Chinna Athai goes with her. House is empty without the two 'self effacing' people.
Nov 15: Kapu is offered a post in Opthamology Dept of GH, Madras. As all of us, once she
gets a govt posting which she wanted for many years , she is not too sure that she wants it really.
Thatha organises a felicitatory function for the Mayor of Coimbatore and 4 councillors. For a few days
before, the house is in a tizzy of organisation. Programme to be fixed, speakers noted, people invited, memorandums to be
typed and as always organising refreshments for the many impromptu meetings on the verandah.
He insists that Kallu and Kalai go out in pouring rain to buy books as gifts for the councillors. Rajaji
and Abdul Kalam are his choices. Che Guevra, Kamaraj , form poor substitutes finally. Pc goes to save his car
Nov 20: Shivakumar's (PC's sister's son) engagement. Kallu and PC go by bus to Tiruvarur by bus and
return by Shatapdi after lots of family discussion on mode of transport.
Mayor meet goes off well. Mayor comes at 12 instead of the scheduled 10 and the meeting is suitably short
and sweet.
Nov 23: Thief enters Sivananda Colony house and is found in Ladies Room suddenly at 8 p.m. going
thro bags by Chinna athai.There are 4 people in the house.
She screams and he escapes through the screen door which is locked by just pulling the net up.
Next day, he again returns , boldly walking in thro the gate , going next door and hiding in the compund
at the back in the dark.
Still Thatha resists the idea of locking all the doors.
Heaven will keep them safe.
Nov 25: Kapu and family and Sindhu attend a play at Musuem Theatre to add some culture to their lives.
Unfortunately it is very high brow and Ramesh has to interpret it for the rest of the family altho he likes only comedy plays.
Kallu is judge for debate at Shanthi Vijaya School, Ooty. Pleasantly suprised at high standard and confidence
of children . Duly rewarded with shawl and yellow vase.
Nov 26: Surya attends Movie Audition class and is selected!!! Great Surya altho you are unable to continue.
Dachu makes lightning trip to Coimbatore to attend friend Nithya's marriage.
Nov 28: Sanjay's birthday . He is so indundated with phone calls he refuses to answer the phone. Wait for
another 3 years da. then you will have to remind people about your birthday.
The proud family writes " Choco cake, idiyappam, chicken gravy, and more! Sorry you missed all this"
